Like you can expect, it was a cavalry battle but surprisingly we fought a lot over a patch of rough ground !

The heavy chariots of the Hittites and their Aramean allies was met by a Babylonian force of generally lighter chariots and camels. Lucky shooting allowed the Babylonians to weather the initial impact, while their infantry moved up to win the ensuing melee.
