MP Scoring - Strategic Command - At the Start of a New Turn, Right?

Post by pupski »

So I read the few post about scoring in MP or the MP tournament in my case. So pints are awarded "at the start of a turn". I am getting the hang of it but it's strange that in the one game you get points after your turn and in the counter game you get points, uhm, at another moment? I am still pretty new at the game but it feels weird having to consider if you are the first or second player while making your moves. It actually almost feels like playing two different games. Like the first game is chess and the second is chess with a one turn countdown. I will get it in my system but I probably have to make written notes to remind me of who I am and what game I am playing in each game. So points "at the start of the turn" is at the start of a next round, right? So as second player I can just shoot and jump in and score? All the time sending some weak unit to take the point while the stronger ones stay save behind cover... interesting. Or am getting this thing wrong, then please let me know, tnx!
