FOGII starts only on one CPU core

Hello,
Playing on windows 10 on a laptop both FOGII and FOGII Medieval only use one core of my CPU which results in very low FPS. I have to manually assign the 4 CPU cores to the game in the Task manager do get a normal performance.
Is this normal behaviour ?
Anything I can do to set the games to use the full CPU automatically on launch ?

It doesn't make much use of multithreading, so assigning more cores won't really do anything for performance unless DX etc is using them in some underlying way for scheduling etc. But that isn't anything the game can do.

If it improves your performance then great, but it would be surprising - the game certainly isn't making use of them. If nothing else, the game doesn't really require high end hardware to run just fine.
