Unexpected Tournament Game

Hi Support,
Happy New Year and some feedback please.

I have a totally unexpected tournament game in my Field of Glory II inbox.
It is a game vs raultow.
It is also Venetian (Colonial) vs Ottoman 1400-1500 so army lists which are FoG Medieval and not FoGII.

I had opened this game before noticing army lists and my FoGII crashed - I had to force end through Task Manager..
I am assuming it is a Tournament server error.
But two questions. Is there
a) any method for you to remove this game?
b) any means for me to avoid another big ELO loss like I have had from the recent bugged tournament round?

I do have a new tournament game in my FoG Medieval inbox which seems correct and is same army lists.

Mike (Triarii) is right there is a problem. It seems that the bugged Version 1 of the FOG Ancients tournament that was abandoned has started the second round. There is a game against Paul McNeil for me. Fortunately I didn't open it as I saw it was Medieval armies and not FOG Ancient ones. Having looked at the scores my match up against Paul McNeil corresponds with the scores for the abandoned tournament.

Unfortunately the IT staff are on vacation and hence there has been no way to stop the bugged first version from proceeding.
