New 1.16.03 update

I'm having problems with the new update from 8/25, 1.16.03. I got a new PC, and have to individually upload the entire series all over again, and when I get past the initial game and try to upload all the extras from 1939 on ( I have them all), I'm told I have to upload the new update. But when I UPLOAD the new update, it says it can't upload it because I NEED THE NEW UPDATE, which is what I'm TRYING to upload in the FIRST place! I've done this SEVERAL times, all with the same result!
WTH, OVER??? Anyone ELSE run into this?

Nevermind; I was able to figure it out. There was the new update that I was unawre of that was later than the one that wouldn't update that had to be downloaded. It downloaded the entire game and extras I had already purchased, and then the new one I was trying to download, and now it works.
