Re: PzC Series - Rising Thunder v0.3 (22/12/25) - Prelude to Blitzkrieg (24/09/25) - The Lost Spring (24/09/25)
Rising Thunder has been updated.
Three more scenarios can be played from the campaign, no need to restart.
Scenario list:
01. Manchurian border patrol
02. Battle of Chahar
03. Halhamiao Incident
04. Orahodok Incident
05. Changkufeng Tensions
06. Lake Khasan Conflict
07. The Khanka Escalation
08. Clash at Khalkhin Gol
09. Securing the Khalkhin Gol
10. Crossroads at Nomonhan
11. Bain-Tsagan Counteroffensive
12. Storm on the Nomonhan_Plains (my attempt of an epic battle but nothing actually beats Prokhorovka)
13. The_Rehe Opportunists
Remember you need my equipment file to be able to play Rising Thunder.
Nikivdd equipment file v10b:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/2jiei4um ... b.rar/file
There are two scenarios left to test, hopefully i will manage to finish them between Christmas and New Year.

Thank you, I'll try that. As for Storm on the Plains of Nomonhan, we'll see. Hopefully, if there's no Prokhorovka, then at least there will be a tank battle at Dubno.nikivdd wrote: ↑Mon Dec 22, 2025 5:22 pm Rising Thunder has been updated.

Due to my enthusiasm and desire to control as much as possible, I did not win this mission with a decisive victory. However, there are some positives to this: with a simple victory, you gain a little more prestige in the next mission, and I preserved many of my core members by healing them while recapturing lost positions and gaining meagre prestige. An epic battle awaits us, which we must win decisively, because judging by the description, in other scenarios we will not have a continuation, so we are in for a tough battle with the red horde )))

Re: PzC Series - Rising Thunder v0.3 (22/12/25) - Prelude to Blitzkrieg (24/09/25) - The Lost Spring (24/09/25)

At first, I seemed to be holding my own and advancing quite well, but after about the 11th move, a horde of Soviet tanks and an armada of Soviet aircraft descended upon me, destroying everything in their path without regard for losses. In the end, the Reds crushed me ))) I'll have to play a little smarter next time ) Details in the screenshots and replay )
You're right, Nico, it turned out pretty epic ))) Happy holidays, everyone!!!

I replayed the map where you have to destroy 20 BT tanks, and I achieved a decisive victory. Ahead of me lies an epic and bloody battle with the Soviet mechanised hordes and the capture of Zhukov's headquarters, if I'm lucky, of course )))

This time I crushed the Soviets ))) I even achieved a decisive victory ahead of schedule on the 15th turn by capturing Zhukov's headquarters, but decided to kill as many Reds as possible ))) More details in the screenshots and replay ) Now we face the fight against banditry on the Manchurian border )))

Likewise, and thank you for the gifts. I especially liked the T-55 tank, apparently from the former GDR army.nikivdd wrote: ↑Thu Dec 25, 2025 2:03 pm Some Christmas toys.

The first time I lost because I underestimated my opponents, thinking that the bandits were no match for me. This time, I defeated the bandits and communists and regained all the lost positions. As usual, I am attaching screenshots and replays! Hap
py winter holidays to everyone. I hope the sequel will be out soon.

Judging by the Bolivian post and artillery redoubt, we are in for a war like the Chaco War of 1932-1935. And that's great, because Latin America is being bypassed by mods , except for the mini mod of Cuba in 1961.

Re: PzC Series - Announced: El Infierno Verde
Announced: El Infierno Verde – A New Campaign for Panzer Corps
. .
The Green Hell was not fought for glory, nor for cities, nor even for land.
It was fought for water, endurance, and survival.
El Infierno Verde brings players into the brutal reality of the Chaco War (1932–1935) — one of the harshest and most overlooked conflicts of the interwar period. Set in the unforgiving wilderness of the Gran Chaco, this campaign focuses on logistics, attrition, maneuver warfare, and the human cost of fighting in an environment where nature itself is often the deadliest enemy.
You will command Paraguayan forces in a struggle against a numerically and materially superior opponent, where success depends not on overwhelming firepower, but on careful planning, improvisation, and mastery of terrain.
What to Expect:
A historically grounded campaign depicting the key phases of the Chaco War, from early clashes over isolated fortines to large-scale encirclements and decisive battles.
Environment-driven warfare: water sources, supply routes, and terrain control are often more important than raw combat strength.
Realistic interwar combat featuring infantry-heavy operations, limited armor, improvised anti-aircraft defenses, and fragile airpower.
To do justice to this rarely depicted war, all unit icons for both sides have been newly created specifically for this campaign. (see further down)
Reflecting Paraguay’s historical reliance on foreign procurement and improvisation, the campaign features bonus units in the form of French tanks made available to the Paraguayan side.
These vehicles:
Represent rare but valuable assets;
Offer a sharp contrast to the otherwise infantry-dominated battlefield;
Must be used carefully, as terrain, fuel, and maintenance limitations make them anything but wonder weapons;
They are tools of opportunity — not guarantees of victory.
El Infierno Verde is not about sweeping breakthroughs or endless armored columns.
It is about exhaustion, encirclement, survival, and making hard decisions under relentless pressure.
The Chaco awaits.
