I still need to find the time to adjust every scenario, but in any case, thanks a lot!

I adjusted the opening Poznań scenario of GC39, and I discovered that I also had to adjust the campaign.pzdat file to avoid the "not enough unit slots" problem. And voilà! I received a Waffen-SS artillery unit as an SE unit, and every available Waffen-SS unit became purchasable.

Correct, then you can purchase them as core army.
