Sub Games does not download

I had to go to windows 11. To do this, I bought a new computer. I transferred my programs over to the new machine. I downloaded Order of Battle WWII main program. My five subgames I purchased will not load, Why?

Not TS here, but:
If by sub games you mean DLCs, they'll have to be reloaded via your "My Game" page. your serial numbers can be found there.

When you moved to the new Windows 11 machine, did you just copy the program files over, or did you reinstall everything from your original installer/account?

In most cases, the sub-games need to be downloaded again through the main installer or your purchase account — simply transferring the folders from the old PC usually doesn’t work because of registry entries and activation data.

I’d recommend logging into your account and re-downloading the sub games directly. If that still doesn’t work, it could be a license activation issue and support may need to reset it for your new machine.
