Remade the map.
This time it's much bigger so there is more space in the fjords for some naval action, and the plane distances should feel realistic. Germany needs to control the air and keep the sea close to Norway free from allied ships to succeed. The allies need to communicate a lot to coordinate well.

Added a rule that forces the Oslo invasion force to really sail for Oslo and not invade Denmark from the north.
