HOW WE LOSE??

Hello, I'm interested - how did we lose if the battle didn't even start? This is the first time in almost 200 hours that I've encountered such a thing. How do you understand it? There were cases when the entire enemy team couldn't join the match. However, I was able to and immediately received a window about the defeat. Although there were no actions at all. None of the teams even managed to send their troops. Moreover, looking at the statistics of each player who received points - there is not a single keel. Is this cheating or a new bug in this game?
