Voronezh Scenario

I've played the Voronezh scenario a number of times but always fall short not being able to take Kursk. I played at the default normal difficulty. Anybody win this scenario at this difficulty level?

What DLC is Voronezh in, and is it a standalone scenario? Let me know how to navigate to it and i'll have a crack at it..:)

I thought the scenario comes with the game. I am trying it again with another strategy.
