Crash of the day multiplayer

After several rounds of hibernates and MP turns, today again showed the select nation when I started the MP game for my next turn.
So I selected my nation from the list and tried to start but it got nowhere, then I tried to exit the program and selected save to server(which totally failed as it hadn't loaded it, so no surprise there), finally I had to kill it in task manager.
I'll see if I can make a screen shot next time so you can see the selector screen.
