Slitherine Launcher crashing on start up

Hello,
I'm having trouble with Terminator: Dark Fate—the launcher crashes when I attempt to start the game. I've already tried running it as an administrator, verifying the game files, and updating and restarting Windows, but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

did you install the game as administrator? then running it as admin etc
