Trade good overlay doesn't colour regions

Only regions in your own nation gets overlay coloured

Here from one of my allies in MP where I wanted to check out why he was running -600 trade deficit.

Which is not the case in Empires

Where both my and all other regions are coloured according to the overlay. (not MP)

Yes this was done on purpose, to simplify reading. I guess you can't please everyone!

I'll add a modifier key perhaps, but it's in the todo list for now, not more
