Btw I have an idea about various preset cores (at least for german campaign): it could be implemented in the way of choosing a type for starting division (seems like in your campaigns 1 unit == 1 regiment in general), so the player can select between Light, Panzer, Infantry, Gebirgs etc. where each one has different set of 6 units.
For example: Infantry'39 -> 3 inf., 1 leFH-18, 1 Pak-36, 1 SdKfz-222; Light'39 -> 1 Pz-IB, 1 Pz-2D, 2 cav., 1 FK-16, 1 Pak 36;

From clandestine tank trials in Soviet Russia, through the Saar and Rhineland gambles, to massive war games and the Sudeten crisis — these years forged the doctrine and steel of the future Panzerwaffe. This campaign follows Germany’s path from shadows to open defiance, testing prototypes, tactics, and willpower before the world plunges into war.

I tried your mod Prelude to Blitzkrieg on the basis of pack mod and connected your file with equipment through the programme JSGME ) It turned out to be a kind of hybrid ) I will have to try your mod on equipment pack mod but I'm not sure that it has all the units of 1932 )))) And the Soviet cannon of 1939 sample could not get to the Kazan tank school in 1932 ))
