Lost Historical Orders\Downloads

Hello!

I bought a number of games in the late 2000s and 2010s, both all of the first run of Panzer Corps (original, the yearly Eastern\Western, Soviet and Allied DLCs) and War In the Pacific Admiral's Edition.

However only the Panzer Corps - Allied DLC is visible on either of my Slitherine\Matrix accounts. Is there a way to regain visibility on my old purchases so that I can replay? Any feedback is appreciated.

(I do see the accounts were merged back in the day, but not sure if that's a factor.)

(I DO have the old install packs fof WitP-AE on my 2010s laptop, but I don't have my old serial key, which is required to start).

Pop support a email and they will get back to you, they may need some more details but only they can sort it, and maybe quicker than a reply on here, good luck and hope you're sorted soon
