Can't log in to multiplayer server

I am trying to log in to the multiplayer server for the first time. It asks for my Slitherine account username and password, but when I enter them it repeatedly says that the login details I have entered are incorrect.

However, I am definitely entering the correct username and password: I have also just entered them into the multiplayer server for Field of Glory II: Medieval, and there I have been able to log in to the server without any problems.

Your best bet is to contact support. It is likely that there is a symbol in your username or password that the older game cannot correctly parse.
