Graphical issue in menu and in missions

So when i reinstalled the game to play the new uprising DLC I saw the issue. see pics attached, but it looks like a face texture or model being incorrectly assigned or used. I dont know why this happened, and I've tried verifying game files, re-installing etc. Any tips appreciated
