Commander: Napoleon at War in higher resolution?

I have all three of the Commander series of wargames and have enjoyed them all. I can run Europe at War & the Great War just fine in full screen, but Napoleon at War is fixed in a tiny box in the left hand corner of the screen in full screen, and out of full screen in then is the same size box fixed in the left most corner of the screen (I'm running in 1920X1080 resolution). My eyesight is nowhere near what it was in my youth, so I am having a very hard time viewing everything in small lettering & numbers. Is there anyway of getting it to run as its' two counterparts do so easily? I would appreciate any and all assistance you can offer. Thank you very much.
