More Byzantine revolt questions/remarks.

Post by Surt »

Are they scaled with the size of the empire, the size of the army?
10 large rebel armies against 3 with 60 regions, now 50.

That they rebels ALWAYS take over the city expelling the garrison to be slaughtered in the field, shouldn't that be a chance.
Are the rebels stronger on higher difficulty, I guess yes.
When you retake the rebel regions they should return as just conquered, not as forced.

it's scaled with a lot of things but not size of the army. Number of mercs yes, as size of nation, at war with Seljuqs, low average loyalty.
What is your difficulty level, because expel chance is also related to that.

This was from my July challenge at Suicidal, just before getting Constantinople back (I think).

They usually finish off the Buyids first, and if they have started any other wars pursue them, but once it calms down they will remember that there can be only one.
