How to register downloaded game on Slitherine.com?

I downloaded Order Of Battle: World War II and can't figure out how to register it on my account. Is there a way to add it to my account so I don't lose it if I get a new PC or something?

You can't register in your account.
To download the setup file you can do it from the download section in the game's product page:
