Hello. I have two questions about Zagwe.
Shouldn't be Lalibela the capital instead of Aksum?
And isn't it too early for the stone churches to already be built at the start of the game?

It is generally the case, but depending on randomization, sometimes Aksum is seen as the most important region and gets the palace.
The game allows building by government levels, but does not strictly assign them according to a timeline. This is less historical, indeed, but adds more replayability.
