Orchard is one of few buildings that requires Bonus resource to be present in the neighboring regions. Either Figs, Dates or more likely for Barbarians - Nuts and Seeds.

Wash House is the weakest Tier 2 Health structure. So you need 3 any tier Health category buildings which is easy fit during Growth stage. Any tier is advice. Tier 2 and Tier 3 are typically way higher quality, so start replacing tier 1s when you can.

I was pretty sure the insect counted as an health building, and from the picture you can see the 2nd level buildings.

My bad. So Wash House requires a Clear Water like some other good Health Structures. Refer to Steam structures guide. Web version is updated for the latest patch and DLC. PDF version outdated.
