Poor Connection

Hello,

For the past few days I have been getting this message "The server was taking too long to respond, this is caused by poor connection. Please try again later."

I have tired reinstalling, rebooting router, verifying files, nothing seems to work. The multiplayer only works on CIS but not on global. I am from the UK.

From my understanding many in the community seems to have this problem.
