I haven't played for like 3 years (built a new PC 2023 and felt I should be playing games which push the hardware).

The guides you two left behind are absolutely superb. So different from the meta/min/max crap which is all too common on YouTube. Instead both of you take the mechanics, and show how this is the basis of real world strategies to be employed.

Thank you, also, Richard. These two titles are such a superb tactical experience. This why I mainly play Combat Mission, Mius Front, WITE-2, and WITW for realistic modeling and problem solving. I played a lot of Attila (FoTE+EUP) and ROME2 (DeI) over the last 2 years, but I must say that despite the expertise of the modders, the tactical battles are still repetitive and monotonous bland gruel. (However, I no longer feel that I must play games that will push my hardware and justify the investment ... I am too old to waste time ... just whatever is fun.)

Thanks guys for everything!
