Hello and thank you for participating in the latest title by Foolish Mortals Games - Battleplan.

Battleplan is a WWII RTS that aims to make you plan ahead. Rather than giving you control over your entire army at all times, Battleplan restricts you to a planning session at the end of every day. This requires you to think ahead, anticipating where you and the enemy will be 24 hours from now.

To win the game you will need to select the right strategy for the job. When issuing orders via the draw tool, you can select a variety of tactics from Hold Line and Counterattack, to Encircle and Lay Minefield. These will tell your divisions how to behave when executing their orders.

Individual units can still be moved by left-clicking to select them, and then right clicking to order a manual move command.

There are several tutorials included in the game to help you understand how the orders system works in Battleplan.

How to Activate your Beta Key

This only applies if you have applied to and been accepted into the Battleplan Beta Test.

In your email mailbox associated with your Slitherine account, you will see a message that you have been accepted into the Beta. This email will have a Steam key attached. This key can be entered into the Activate a Product on Steam... section under the Games drop-down menu on the top taskbar of your Steam client. After entering the code, Battleplan will appear in your Steam library and be ready to download.
