I will buy a new PC soon. I am playing through all the "year"-DLCs and of course would like to continue my campaign and not start again in Spain (or in another year without my old units). Can I migrate the campaign to my new PC? Would it be enough to simply copy the most recent savegame file? If yes, where do I find the savegame files (I have got the "normal" installation (not Steam), using all the default settings).
Continue campaign on another computer?

Continue campaign on another computer?
This might be a stupid question, but I'm not very good with computers.

Yes, you can continue from a save just fine (or, if you are playing one of the Axis Operations series from a core force export file at the end of each DLC part). As long as you did not mod anything, you should not run into issues.micha1100 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 30, 2025 1:09 pm This might be a stupid question, but I'm not very good with computers.

Regarding saves, I am not 100% sure if all versions regardless of the platform you bought this on store them in the same location, but for my GOG copy it's "Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps 2\Saves" in the user folder on the main drive.

Forgot to Mention the Obvious???... you will also need to emplace a Game-Link-Icon from "STEAM" on your Desktop in order to access the Game. MY "PzC2" Game is installed on "One-Drive"... not on my Computer... so!... keep that in mind!.Retributarr wrote: ↑Mon Mar 31, 2025 2:21 am I use "STEAM" for 'PzC2"... and because of that... i can "at will" switch from one Computer to another and carry-on without any hassle!.
