14:30 UCT 20th Feb. Servers Down?

Hi Tech Support.
Have been struggling to get on Multiplayer for both FoG Medieval and FoGII for about an hour.
Can't see any forum posts so query: Are servers down or is it a problem for me to look into?

And same trying once more at 17.45 UCT - both platforms.

i can get on medieval with a couple of retries but not Ancient , i get a server error.
