when does it go to complete?
There are 10 kind of hard problems in computer science, naming, cache invalidations and off-by-one errors.

Nobody was declared the winner officially? I'll add a request for the web team, perhaps they can do something about that (last man standing is winner)

I got the victory message but its not moved to complete.
