I deliberately made the Vukovar campaign a little easier, but I hope I made the Russian campaign a little harder. I don't want to give too much away, but this much, the player gets bonus units in the missions and additional reinforcements in the form of core units.

I've defeated my sadness and used a mainly infantry/artillery core to deal with the serbian attack. The only tank deployed was the special M-84 unit given during the introduction. No losses so far (other than the 3 croatian 5HP auxiliary unit, of course).


But ... I didn't see there was an update and had a black screen when I tried to launch the next mission.
I'll try the russian campaign instead. My croatian troops will await.

Some news from the frontlines.

I guess the commander wanted the city during the first day... and the commander is always right ; it's the clock who is wrong.



Every unit is at 100% of its strenght and ready to mop up again the remaining ennemy soldiers, district by district.





The unit limit is quite low, but it's manageable.
As usual, the map is really good looking. And I already see that the next map is even better.
A classical scenario that do it's job, well balanced for a difficulty set in normal. I'd try the harder setting next time.
It's just a little bit weird to be able to totally clean the city directly in this scenario, but that is the only critizice I could have.
