Turn Ended before I could start movement

Turn Ended before I could start movement

Playing a four-player PBEM++ game, after completing watching all the other players' movements, I had a standard pop-up message that one of my commanders was wounded. When I clicked "Continue", the game ended my turn and returned to the screen that shows all the multiplayer games. The game icon was red, meaning that it was no longer my turn.

Has anybody else experienced OoB ending their turn after clicking on the "Continue" button on the wounded commander notification?

That's strange. What map was it and what player were you?
