MatrixGames website security blocks

Hi whilst trying to buy items both yesterday and today I have been 'blackholed / drop all traffic " by what appears to be a mis-configured security measure - I suspect this as I am able to switch to peering off my phone and it works fine ( different IP address ).

This happened two days in a row when accessing the matrixgames website it is incredibly annoying - and I nearly just went to steam to buy something different both times. I have been a long time supported of these sites and would rather buy from you - but if this is how this makes me feel as a long time supporter, imagine the lost sales on those that don't care as much....

The symptom after this happens is a full block on traffic from my IP - ( hence the mobile approach and test ) - I think this is costing you business and it needs to be addressed, whether its an over zealous IPS or Firewall over to you to check.

Sometimes blocked sessions are related to cookies. Clearing these may help restore access. Switching to a mobile connection or another network may bypass the block.
