GOG achievements

I was never much of a game achievement guy, but given all the campaigns finished so far it would be nice to this one time have the option to see a 100% filled achievement bar. That being said, I am using the GOG version which does not have achievements for the game. Is there any option to add them with one of the updated? Would be a nice touch for players who do not own the title on Steam since re-buying the series on Steam would be a bit much.
