RELIGION

• Removed undue excommunication messages.

DYNASTY

• Court expenses calculation reworked (Byzantium receives some again)
• The ruler's and queen's health is always displayed in the Dynasty Panel.
• When contacting a ruler through the diplomacy panel, the ruler portrait tooltip now shows their heir.

There is no change to the base values of nations or regions so it should be good.
Anyway I just continued and didn't feel any different (Byzant will feel a higher CE but that is also true in new games)

On a game like this, we know just how much you have invested into your savegames, so we would never make a patch that (intentionally!) broke saves, in anything but the most extreme circumstances. And if that was the case, we would make it very clear to users that we had had to break saves, and why we had had to do it. So please be assured that your saves will be fine.
