Thirty Years War Campaign

I'm running a new thirty Years War Campaign as originally envisaged by W_Michael.

Players choose to be either Imperialists or Anti-Imperialists.

There are 5 battles covering 5 phases of the War.

The Bohemian phase between the German Catholics and the Bohemian Revolt armies

The Palatinate phase between the Spanish and German Protestant armies

The Danish phase between the Imperials and the Danish armies

The Swedish phase between the Catholic League and the Swedish armies

The French phase between the Spanish and the French armies

All battles are set up as open battles with large armies on agricultural terrain. Original opponents will be random, after that based upon individual success, if we get 10 players or more you will never play a person twice.

The team that wins the most battles is the victor obviously. But there will be a separate tally of results kept so within a team there are light-hearted bragging rights.

Anyone who is interested either message on here or PM me, with your preferred side. Once the campaign starts you will be committed to playing at least 1 move every 3 days.

We have 14 players and will start. I will now only accept players in pairs.

The Imperials are; awesum4, PeterthePainter, Markleslie, AHuyton, KiwiWarlord, Lascar and SMJohnso77

The Anti-Imperials are: Dilly, Doyley50, AKVGoeben, TyroneC, Ironclad, Gribol and Snugglebunnies.

I will post the background to the first round and the draw shortly (no Leslie Neilsen jokes will be permitted)
