Can't order your products

I hope this reaches a company representative - I could not figure out how to e-mail you directly.

This morning, I tried to order a product through your on-line store. The transaction was blocked at the World pay window:

The transaction cannot be processed due to one or more of the following:

* the installation ID field is blank or contains invalid characters

The shop is new so it could be a glitch, but I have tested it and it appers to be working now. Sometimes information does not get passed proerly between sites and if you click the back button and try again this often resolves it. Sorry for any incovenience & I have mailed you direct for further information.

try a different browser maybe to see if the one your using is causing an issue, or contact support directly and ask the question.
