📣 Patch 1.03.5 released 📣

Dear players,

This minor update, built upon version 1.03.4, fixes Court Expenses being too high since 1.03.4, and further stabilizes MP games by (for now, but it will return in 1.04!) preventing players from renaming their armies, which was the cause of out-of-sync issues in PBEM games.

This quick patch helps remove OOS issues in MP.

Court Expenses have been toned down.
You can't rename groups in Multiplayer (stabilizing MP games).
Large Concentric castle only asks for 43 Fortifications, not 45, preventing softlocking.
Wood-producing structures now produce more wood (because that's what they do).
The Parish church now uses wine (for the liturgy only!), not copper, to ease the copper issue a bit. More to come in 1.04.
Fix for Leczyca-Gniezno (Poland) connection.
Some filters now show unowned regions in stripes.

How can I use the slitherine updater to get this patch?

I have the game on Steam.

I am still on the previous version, even though it appears that I have the updater turned on to update the game automatically.

Every time I enter the game, I get the message that a newer version of the game is available.

Any help will be appreciated.

Has this issue been solved? If you are on Steam, then the game should update automatically and it should not tell you it needs an update. You can see with support@slitherine.co.uk if the issue persists.

No, this issue has not been solved. I came to realize yesterday that none of my steam updates are working, and it is a problem with Steam, not the game.

My son, who is very good at solving these kinds of problems, will visit soon and perhap he can fix the problem. If not, I will try the link you sent.

The issue is solved, and I am fully updated. The tech support from Digital Storm, who I bought my gaming computer from, resolved it. it had nothing to do with the game, but something that should not have been on my computer.
