silver mine shwoing as temporary agriculture

In my solo game as Al Andalus I noticed some oddities in the builds. I went to Leon to build a new structure only to see the blue lines in a slot in agriculture. I moused over the blue box and saw that it is a silver mine, temporary until a certain population level has been reached. Should be able to see it in the save.

The other odd thing was for 2 turns in a few districts I went to build new buildings and the build time showed as -. It did not matter how many pop I moved to infrastructure. I chose some buildings and the next turn I was in the same districts and noticed those buildings were building and showing build times. It happened on the second and third turns after I loaded the new patch but I have not seen it happen since.
It occurred in Coria and Valencia. Hope it also shows in the save.

This is the Leon region, I see no Agriculture building with a suspicious blue frame?

This is the initial situation in a province with 2 ongoing buildings, The castle has a priority of high whereas Seeds Storage has a priority of Very high, thus the castle is stalled until the storage is done.

Now if I set the castle priority to VH, both are done in parallel. I'll see how to make the feature clearer...

regarding the silver mine I have since gone back to Leon and the mystery mine is no where to be seen..... I am not losing my mind to strange hallucinations now am I Pocus???

Did you patch to 1.03 in this game? Because I had to remove existing mines for the patch to work.

it showed right after I had patched to the newest version. Saved game from previous version continuation.

So that would explain, sorry. Existing mines became invalid as there was an error in the Identifier to them and I had to fix it.
