Lombardy is a playable faction in MP games but has no provinces

As in the title, I accidentally selected Lombardy instead of Milano in a MP game and I've lost even before game start as it has no provinces. The faction isn't available in SP games instead.

Yep this is a problem that came up in the Steam forums just yesterday, apparently you can select not-yet-existing factions in multi-player. I'm guessing this will get patched soon! In the meantime ... yeah a bad strategy.

I don't remember that all factions were available in MP some versions ago, something must have changed. Thanks for the report.
