Perhaps 'other' should be renamed 'it depends upon when the bar opens'?

Actually if is it say the Burton doubles where the bar opens part way through the first game you can have beer on the tables well before midday I care even less what the end game conditions are ;)

How about "Activate sprinkler system when time is called." That will encourage fast play.
