7k hours and still learning new stuff

Post by Grondel »

u guys really need to rethink ur manuals^^

After more than 7k hours of gameplay i just noticed that u can shift+leftclick the replace buttons and then choose how many u want to refill. This is something i would have liked to know a little earlier....

That’s amazing. I’ve wanted that feature for some time but it’s already there.

I noticed a small bug in the experiment calculation (712 or 713 ?):

Thanks! I thought it would be good if we could mix veteran and newby refills...
It was actually already possible.

Wow, I had no idea that's possible. Still, it has limited use at first glance, maybe if you are going for some specific traits, trying to be stingy for auxiliary units or are low on prestige overall. Nice that it's here of course, but I'd have to play with this a bit to see how much potential it offers.

This proves the game could have a better tutorial, that's for sure!

Ah, I did not think of that, but it would use up two turns sadly.

I guess, but not in between scenarios, but it would be to save few prestige if really we are short, as here it costs less.

If u mix u can make sure that full stars stay while only removing excess xp.
eq in a campaign where max xp is 4.5k u can always go down to 4k without loosing the benefits of the 4 stars.

Wow-- thousands of players and hundreds of thousands of hours and apparently you are the first to discover this. Kudos to you! :)
