Quick question: When do these 30 days start to tick down?

After i receive the mail?
After i click the link in the mail to generate the coupon?
Or is it two 30-day-expiration-periods, one for the mail, then one for the coupon?

Just to clarify, as i just had this year‘s coupon expire on me:
There are actually two 30-day expiration periods. The link in the mail will expire after 30 days and the coupon generated by clicking the link will expire after 30 days. So you can delay the use of the coupon for 60 days at most.
