New to Sengoku Jidai

Hi, A friend wants to install Sengoku Jidai on his PC but is unsure what to download from the store. ( there are so many )
Please tell us which Game to download and install and which DLCs to add so that he has the most up to date version.

The collectors edition contains all the DLCs
