Very even so far. Every player who has completed games has won and lost a game.

There seems to be a mistake, my game against Stones1985 was a 60-38 win as reported above.

Division 3

Chris Townsend's Egyptians 945 defeat ThatUglyGuy's Sherden and Lybians 64 to 47.

On relatively open terrain, the battle on the Egyptian left flank was a bit of a mish mash, with the Sherden swordsmen powering through the skirmishers and chariots, but not finding many opponents who would stand still and fight, and leaving their supporting massed archers to the mercies of chariots who dodged the charge. In the centre, the swordsmen completely destroyed the Egyptian infantry, despite their attempt to shelter behind enclosure obstacles. Fortunately the Egyptian right flank chariots, supported by a few Libyan swordsmen and skirmishers, managed to win their engagement and arrive in the centre in the nick of time!

Well blow me down with a feather but yet another tough game.

Div A

Karvon Babylonian 890-729BC defeated batesmotel Assyrian 704-682 BC 60-43.

Very similar forces faced off along a long slope with scattered rough running across the right side of the field. For our center, we took up a position on some slightly higher ground with our spearmen/archers in the front rank and massed archers on the summit behind them screened by lights at the foot of the slopes. These three ranks of fire really shredded up the Assyrians who tried to approach. Our refused left was a position in a series of fields held by a small mixed force of medium foot which held off a superior force of Assyrian horse and medium foot for quite a while. Our right was were we massed most of your mounted and lights. These overwhelmed the opposing Assyrians and then enveloped and finished off the weakened Assyrian center. We were helped in no small part due to the decision to bulk up our mediums with cheaper irregular foot, which served as a reserve and flanking force to the more expensive spearmen, who formed our front line.
