[Change-Request][Tropical village in Yugoslavia][New]

In the Yugoslavia scenario of the Blitzkrieg campaign, a tropical village is present near the eastern edge of the map, 7 hexes above the Bulgarian capital Sofia.

I suggest the tropical village be changed into an European village, as the climate there isn’t tropical and all other villages are European villages.
