[Change-Request][Deauville missing road bridge][New]

In the Fall Rot scenario of the Blitzkrieg campaign, a town by the name of Deauville, near the western edge of the map, is missing a road bridge.

German units can’t cross the river there without using 3 turns’ time. Other river hexes that have a road all have a road bridge. I suggest a road bridge be added to that hex.
