Tournament TImeOut

I think there is a bug in the tournament Timeout. I had my opponent beat. and he did not play for a week.
There is no way I get a timeout lose on this. Kind of frustrating, I had him crushed. and he was not there most of the time. and the score shows that he crushed me. Very rare I get a win in these games, and each time I do guys quits, and I get time out and get bad score.
