what future DLC of your dreams do you anticipate the most?

Headquarters World War II is a fast-paced turn-based strategy game where your battlefield tactics are as important as your army management skills. Experience both sides of the war, battling in Europe as the USA, the UK, or Germany.

I'll start as everyone who knows me already knows what i want and love.

anything to do with Arnhem, so the complete operation eg the battles split up into battles for a long campaign

I too would love to see a MARKET-GARDEN DLC but it would seemingly require the addition of units from the II SS Panzer Corps as they were what doomed the heroic Red Devils at Arnhem. Alas I fear the devs would be reluctant to do so given the idiotic accusations that have been leveled against Ukraine's government.

MARKET-GARDEN would also be a little easier in that no new nationalities would have to be created if the Poles were given UK characteristics. It would also be the perfect opportunity to introduce mechanics for parachute and glider operations though that may require fairly large maps.

Similarly a Battle of the Bulge DLC would not require much in the way of new nationalities or even rules. (exc: Canada which could also be treated as UK) Again SS would seemingly be a requirement so play any of the scenarios involving the I SS Panzer Corps, especially the Kampfgruppe Peiper.

Less easy but of critical importance is a Red Army expansion which would probably be most appealing if it featured Stalingrad scenarios and perhaps even specific new rules (I have been lobbying hard for the ability to purchase/deploy fortifications at the start of a scenario) Once done it would make it much easier to add DLCs for Barbarossa, Kursk and even the Battle for Berlin.

Further down the road is this thing called the Pacific. How great would it be to have scenarios for Guadalcanal, Peleliu, Iwo Jima or Okinawa???

Isn't the Polish units already present with UK equipment in the campaign, iirc?

The most important thing for me personally is the length of new campaigns, the current 9-level ones just don't match with the tech tree they have developed, with 39 slots in total but only 16 points available. With the game design focusing on company, if not platoon level tactical skirmishes, I am in doubt that they would do battles like Stalingrad or Berlin.
