Anyone got any pics of tin soldier samurai range just doing a bit of reserch before i choose my range...

Hi Carl,
I've posted some pics in the topics SAMURAI CASTLE AND CAMP (in Modelling).
I've just came back from my holidays. In the next days I can post some more pics.
Regarding the range, from my point of view the best ones are: 15mm Eureka and Essex, 20mm Zvezda, 28mm Perry and Dixon.

I avoid them regardless of the pics. Tin Soldier look like garden gnomes.

Actually, I don't think this is true of their Samurai range.

I'd still avoid them as they are very unique looking, and hard to mix and match.

Actually I recently dug through my tin mountains and came across a few packs of Tin Soldier Samurais I ordered years ago to check the range. Unless the minis changed in the decade or so that passed since then they do look very much like cartoon characters with impossible large heads and hands.

Then you might be right. I was going by memory, and I remembered them being less 'cartoon' like than the Hoplites I own.
