have they changed much since the last time they were shown?

i could only find 5 or 6 screen shots of this game and they all happen to be very old. i remember viewing them in 2007 or 2008.

There have been incremental improvements and polish - most of the work has been going into balancing the gameplay and coordinating with the console versions. But we had a pretty complete beta version go out this week, so there should be more to see soon!

Cheers

oh and could you guys make the anatomical proportions for the character correct? many games of this type feature characters that look cartoon-like. with thin, short limbs. while i understand the technical limitations of sculpting completely realistic characters, as well as the problem of reconciling the camera perspective distortion with resulting in exaggerated proportions.

but i think the characters would look ideal if they were general elongated rather than shortened(as in other strategy games)

a big thing about the character models is that the head tends to be enlarged or the body reduced and compacted, i hope no such exaggeration occur in this game. thank you.

this is a screenshots from the game assassin's creed. while i realize there are some exaggerations here, such as the slightly longer bodies, the camera perspective tends to counteract that effect, resulting in pretty good aesthetics. i hope this inspires and helps:
